Here are some pictures from a Ramada in Basel Switzerland. It’s amazing to see the difference between this Ramada and the Ramada’s in the United States. Hotels vary from country to country, but the differences between what you would typically see in the US, compared to Switzerland are interesting (just compare to the Ramada at the Wilshire Center in Los Angeles). Notice the florescent light bulbs under what appears to be an acrylic floor. Also interesting was the presence of a portable wardrobe instead of a closet.
