Steve Hermann of Steve Hermann Design is a household name here in Los Angeles as one of the greatest “designer to the stars”. Hermann has been in the field for over 15 years, and yet has never had any training or schooling in architecture yet he is an active part of designing homes from the ground up from designing the architecture to overseeing the construction.
He became a renowned designer when he designed the pop star, Christina Agularia’s home in 2003 which was purchased for $5 million and then put on the market in 2008 for somewhere around $8 million. The 5,411-square-foot, 5-bedroom, 7-bath home is located in the Hollywood Hills and has everything from a screening lounge to a 25 foot waterfall, all in fine Hermann style.
In addition to Aguilera’s home, Steve Hermann has also designed homes that sold to Courtney Cox & David Arquette, Frankie Muniz, entertainment mogul Byron Allen and more that are not disclosed. His work is cherished by many in Hollywood as being ultra-fashionable, luxurious while not being gaudy and extremely current.
